Lucky enough to grow up with the martial arts, I have felt their positive influence throughout my life and am especially interested in sharing these experiences with others. I enjoy working with youth and adults to give back some of what I've received.     Agreed with initial comment. Videos would be a great addition to the site. Especially ones where you try out gadgets like the high altitude mask and you could even do a Martial Arts version of Alton Brown’s Good Eats! Only, no eating here.
